Call for abstracts. Janet Ulph and Charlotte Woodhead are convening a stream at the Socio-Legal Studies Association Annual Conference focused on various related issues including the illicit trade in cultural objects. The conference is from 5 to 7 April 2016.

2. Dance of the Maize God, Screening and Q&A, Glasgow
The Trafficking Culture Project and Hunterian Museum are hosting a screening of Dance of the Maize God, a film about the looting and trafficking of Maya antiquities. After the film Prof. Simon Mackenzie and I will hold a Q&A about artefact smuggling and the Maya. All are welcome.
