The Newark Museum of Art is looking to hire a paid intern to work on Southeast Asian objects, particularly from Thailand and Cambodia. This would be for 28 hours a week, 9 June until 1 August. What a good PAID opportunity to gain experience in this field.

2. Art Markets: an integrated perspective, Summer School, Poznan, Poland

“The 2025 edition of the Sharing Stories on Contested Histories programme will explore present topics such as conducting provenance research, handling restitution requests, working with communities of origin, and dealing with public opinion and political dynamics, by stimulating and facilitating an exchange of knowledge, tools and experiences regarding our professional practices…This programme is set-up for young professionals working at museums or collection-managing organisations who are actively dealing with the issues described above”

5. Safeguarding Heritage Collections, Living Traditions and Practices in the face of Disasters, Extreme Weather Events and Complex Emergencies, Training, Latvia

“The course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to assess and mitigate disaster and conflict risks to movable and living heritage, factoring in key risk drivers such as climate change and socio-economic vulnerabilities. Participants must be from countries participating in the Creative Europe programme.”
